Bonny Hanson, plaintiff, appeals from a district court judgment dismissing her products liability action on the basis that the claims against the manufacturer were barred by § 28-01.1-02 of the North Dakota Century Code. Hanson challenges the constitutionality of § 28-01.1-02. We conclude that § 28-01.1-02 violates Article I, § 21, of the North Dakota Constitution, and, accordingly, reverse and remand for trial.
